Plot Sales Process
A reservation agreement is signed with the client and remains valid until a law of obligations contract is concluded. To confirm the purchase intent, the buyer pays a €5,000 advance upon signing the reservation agreement. This is followed by a notarised property rights agreement, at which point the buyer pays the remaining balance of the purchase price and ownership of the plot is transferred.
Included in the contract price:

The fee for the hard-surfaced access road leading to the plot

The fee for the construction of utility networks and connections to the plot (water, electricity, sewerage)
Not included in the contract price:
- Notary fees and state fees related to the sales contract
