Viidumetsa is developed by real estate company Pinered. For us, property development is more than just selling and building real estate — it is about creating space. We manage the entire process from start to finish in-house. We are developers, designers, and builders, which allows us to ensure that every square metre we create truly offers room to live.

Our team has designed and built dozens of detached houses, apartment buildings, and office spaces.

Pinered was born out of the need to build homes for ourselves. Today, our friends and colleagues also live in Pinered homes. Our goal is to give everyone the opportunity to experience the spaces created by Pinered. This is what we love, and it is what we do best. Our dream is to leave behind a lasting and meaningful legacy.
